Everything starts and ends with our people

To enable the world to harness the power of quantum computing, at scale
Our Leadership
Our leaders bring with them decades of years of experience in fundamental science, product development and deployment, mega-project management, and in delivering business results.

Formely Head of the Israel National Quantum Initiative and a senior excutive at the Israel Ministry of Defense. Tal holds a PhD in quantum physics, focusing on ultra-cold atoms, BEC, and atom-chips.
Tal was a group leader in quantum sensing for the Israel Aerospace Industries and a physicist in a fiber-laser startup.

A former Division CTO at Rafael, Amit earned his PhD from the Technion and served as a research fellow in the group of Nobel laureate Prof. David Wineland at NIST, focusing on quantum computing with trapped ions.
As a visiting scientist at Princeton, Amit focused on quantum sensing. He also founded the national center of excellence for quantum sensing at Rafael.

A professor of physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science (WIS) with more than 20 years' experience in trapped ion quantum computing, and coherent control methods.
Roee earned his PhD from WIS and was a research fellow in the group of Nobel laureate Prof. David Wineland at NIST, focusing on quantum computing with trapped ions. His group was the first to realize a full-stack quantum computer in Israel. He is a vice president of WIS development and communications.

With a BScEE from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Elkana comes with decades of proven experience. in business development, multi-million dollars sales, and high-level management.
Previously, Elkana was the COO and Deputy CEO at Civan Advanced Technologies developing high-power lasers. Prior to this, he served as the VP and General Manager of the Wireless Connectivity group at Intel. Elkana also brings significant experience as CEO of two semiconductor communication startups which were acquired by Intel and Conexant.

Coming from the world’s leading universities and multinational industries.
Our team of 40+ excellent members is comprised of highly experienced researchers from the world’s leading academic institutions including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Max Planck, University of Geneva, the Weizmann Institute of Science, Technion, and more.
Many of them are also veterans of local and multinationals such as Apple, Microsoft, IAI, Rafael, Applied Materials,
and more.

Working together towards one Collective vision.
Our team is organized into several groups covering diverse scientific and engineering disciplines, as well as operations and business development.
Our hardware groups work on all layers of the quantum computing stack — from designing and fabricating advanced traps, optical front-end and imaging modules, to QPU and systems development, engineering, manufacturing, and validation.
Our software, theory, and algorithms group work in tight synergy with the hardware groups.
The result is a seamless full-stack solution, from the qubit level to applications, and the user experience.
Our business group brings together the worlds of technology, product, marketing and sales — engaging with leading partners and customers worldwide.

Wanted: Bright minds and bold spirits
If you are excellent and passionate about quantum computing and its ability to make the world a better place for all - we want to meet you.
